Mona‑Lisa Coleman is a Registered Nurse with nearly 30 years of experience in clinical care, compliance, and caregiver education and 17 years in provider support. As the founder of Coleman Medical Resources Nursing Services, she brings a rare blend of compassion, professionalism, and operational excellence to every agency she supports.

Her career has been dedicated to serving vulnerable populations with dignity, safety, and respect. She has become known for her ability to strengthen care environments, elevate caregiver competency, and guide providers through the complexities of compliance and documentation.

Mona‑Lisa’s mission is simple:

to ensure every resident — in every setting — receives safe, consistent, and high‑quality care, including education. 

Through CMR, she partners with group homes, family care homes, and home care agencies across North Carolina, offering clinical and administrative oversight, training, and hands‑on support tailored to each home’s unique needs.
